We're very excited about this project and we hope we can come up to some solutions to all the problems we are bound to uncover. How to use those bare, barn-like walls to their best advantage. Where to put the line, the dish area, the prep area in the kitchen. Should the bar be here or there. How can we fit 50 seats in the this space. It's going to be a challange. There's a reason for the comment button on these posts...use it! We need all the help we can get.
