Not sure what's going on here...
Frankly, we're scared. (see, we do have some common sense!) We don't have the vision, I guess, to see how it can be done. How can they take those walls, leave the electrical exposed, leave the ducts and wires and conduits out in the open, yet make it clean-able and maintain-able and lookin' good?? How will they finish those rough surfaces so we can wipe them down as need be? Will our customers really enjoy sitting within that unfinished barn interior? Will the Health Department sign off on that? We can't fight City Hall - the Historic Register People - so how do we make this work?

We really need to work on something we Can Do - like menu development or something... Meanwhile, we're at Crumpton every Wednesday these days, "shopping". Gotta love that!
