And the only other picture I have is the one of the rockfish being cleaned...none of the other shots we took during the meal were worth seeing. But what a rockfish it was! The menu, titled Eastern Shore Dinner, included Deviled New Potatoes and Herb Beet Brochette as hors d'oeuvres, followed by Crab Corn and Celery Soup. Next was the salad of Locally Grown (our yard) Frisee with Syrah braised Duck Leg and sauteed Foie Gras (see above) and Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette. Fish course was a RockFish Taco with Cilantro Aioli. Meat - braised Veal shank with Locally Grown (our neighbor's) Zucchini roulade and saffron Rice. Dessert was the Brampton's own Raspberries as Ice Cream in a Tuile. What a lucky lot of diners at the Brampton that night!
