We spent part of Tuesday afternoon meeting with the Warfel Project Manager, Forest Fisher. At this point we are discussing floor finishes for the kitchen, wall finishes for the dining room (the challenge there is to make the walls clean-able), where we have need for 220 electric, where we'll need computer lines, all sorts of decisions that lead to our ability to bring in equipment and furnishings. The bottom line is - next month. Well, close to next month. Forest gave the thumbs up for the last week of March for us to be able to start outfitting Brooks Tavern. That is all we need. We're only going to have to put off a couple deliveries, but at least now we can set some firm dates and see a light at the end of the tunnel. Calvin - bottom left - will be glad when we stop haunting him in his trailer!
