Is November realistic?

It's the middle of May. They began gutting the interior of the Mill last week and tossing out pretty much any thing that wasn't nailed down...including the Auger, which we concluded upon closer inspection was not in very good shape anyway. We've been doing the few things we can do at this early point - yesterday we drove to Richmond to talk with a fellow who designs restaurant kitchens. Jeff Tomsic, of Chesapeake Design and Sales Company, hopes to sell you the equipment to put in said kitchen, but you are under no real obligation. He was very, very helpful and we will meet with him again Memorial Day weekend. It was a Long Drive to Richmond - over 4 and 1/2 hours on mostly I95, which was Fun Fun Fun. But it was worth it really, to talk to this fellow. And we don't mind buying our equipment through him, if the price is competitive.

I'd like to post the kitchen plans that we have so far, but they are on a pdf. file. Anyone know how I can get those on here?

We are going to have a real challange I think to get this going by October...or November. We don't want it to go any later than that though - it doesn't seem good to open in...January?
