We met with the KCHD last week - Mr. Birkmire and Ms. Katie (last name being Land I think, but I cannot be sure) - and they came out to see the interior. They agreed it would be a big job but not impossible and Katie was very enthusiastic about the "look". We've learned it pays to bring the Health Department in on the Project early and often.
