Kevin and Jeff Tomsic from in Chesapeake Design in Richmond spent the day on the Phone and the Internet to come up with a draft of the floorplan. One major change still to make and some different table layouts, but so far, so good. What's the major change? Take out the employee bathroom in the kitchen and make it the Mop Closet and make the Mop Closet a second office for the Chef's use. Now, if I could only figure out how to get this PDF file to post on this Blog, I'd be able to share it with the readers...but so far that has not been successful.
