These two people are the first in what will probably be a long line of people we will owe money to. Hamere Tay is our rep at Fortessa in Alexandria, who is helping us choose our Table Top small wares. She is so nice...and so patient. We met her at the Baltimore Restaurant Show in October and she's been taking good care of us ever since. Below her office picture is our rep from PosItouch, Matt (last name forgotten for the moment...). He is selling us our POS system (Point of Sale) which will computerize the entire operation and make life much more (confusing) simple for the owner/operator/managers. And that last image is our LoGo. Some of you may recognize it from the old days...it is the Ironstone Logo. We have always loved it, and our Friend Dale who designed it, so we have pretty much decided to bring it out of the Floppy to use again. Not written in stone yet, but we're pretty sure. I mean, doesn't it say it all?
